Yes, an explanation is in order. We’ll let Jon handle that. “My sister sent me lobsters through the mail as a Christmas gift. Great, I thought, just one more thing to add to my to-do list. Of course, I cooked them and they were great. Even better, I saved the cooking stock and later put together a fabulous risotto. I truly maximized those lobsters.”
