Full disclosure: We are a bunch of foodies. One of our kitchen heroes is Jon, who is always seeking mastery in and out of the office.

“I love the challenge of trying under-the-radar cuisines. And am always on the hunt for recipes on Instagram and from the New York Times. I even got up the courage to try making true southern biscuits from scratch. Mine aren’t quite as good as an 80-year-old grandma’s, but they are delicious.”

Jon has also earned a reputation as an activist for fiduciary standards that set a higher bar for financial planning. (And yes, we were among the first in the country to officially practice what he preaches.) “If it’s preparing for a grandchild’s college education, solving tax issues, getting a family on the same page, we are going to approach it without constraints and with the utmost transparency and integrity.”
